Pricing & Payments
We accept Paypal, Visa & Master cards.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Postages & Handling
1. Domestic shipping
We use Prepaid Parcel Post Plus Satchel (with tracking):
0-500g $7.20
501g-3kg $11.40
Please allow 1-5 business days. You can track your order here.

OR

2. International shipping
We use Registered Post International (with tracking):
0-500g $17-30
501g-1.5kg $40-65
You'll be able to choose your country at the checkout and an updated total amount with shipping fees will be calculated. Please allow 7-10 business days and don't panic if your items haven't arrived after the estimated days as delivery times can vary with different customs.

Once the payment is through, your orders will be processed & shipped as soon as possible. A confirmation email will be sent to your paypal email address.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We must be contacted within 7 days of purchase for refund/exchange.
Refund only if item is torn or rip, or has defect (except for inappropriate wash)
All original postage costs are non-refundable. Return/exchange items are at your own risk and cost.
Please be aware that actual colours may vary on different computer screen.
We reserve the right to deny any refund/exchange for any reason such as "change of mind" or "wrong size", "wrong colour".

It is your responsibility to check the shoe sizing & measurements accurately.
All sizes are approximate only. please refer to the measurements or ask for it if not stated.
