Where is your store located?

We don't physically have a store as we only exist in the world wide web but we are based in sydney, australia.

I want to buy something, how can i pay?

You can pay with paypal or visa & master cards. aussie shoppers can pay with bank deposit.

Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely! We don't want any of you girls to miss out just because you are on the other side of the world.

I just paid for my orders, how long do i need to wait for them?

Your orders will be processed & shipped as soon as possible once the payment is through. a confirmation email will be sent to your paypal email address. you should expect 3-5 days (local) & 7-14 days (international) for your items to arrive. sometimes they like to surprise you & get to your doorsteps early!

It has been over 3 weeks..i still haven't received my item/s yet!

don't panic! if your items haven't arrived after the estimated days as delivery times can vary with different customs. Feel free to contact us anytime!

Will the “sold out” items be back?

Unless it is stated we are receiving "preorders", they most likely won't be restock. However if you really really really love that particular item/s, you can contact us & we will see what we can do!

I received my item & I am really happy, how can I show everyone?

You can take a photo & post it on our facebook so other viki girls can get inspired. we all love some fashion inspiration, don't we? also spread the love to your friends.. Sharing is caring!

I received my item but i am not happy about it, can i talk to someone?

Yes please talk to us & we will see what we can do to put a smile on your face again!

I want a refund, now what?

Make sure you understand that original postage costs are non-refundable & you are responsible for the returning postage if it’s not our fault. However if we sent you the wrong item, etc, we will fully refund to you. contact us for our postal address.
